No, it is not completely correct pal. You have used a wrong subject agreement verb in the sentence.

When the subject is singular, the verb should contain 'es' or 's' in simple present tense

Please also note that the preposition nearby should not have space in between

The sentence should be

Ram goes to school by bus but his friends walk as they live nearby.
