According to Bhagavad Gita, Chapter13, Verse 14 says that God is all pervasive in the whole universe.

This means the supreme power or god is not limited to temples or holy places only. We visit temples because the aura of the temple gives us peace and tranquility of mind. But this doesn’t mean god resides only in temples.

Bhagavad Gita states: Everywhere are his hands and feet, eye, head and faces. He can listen to everybody at the same time. He is the universe.

Thus, mere finding god in the temple is not necessary. Try to connect your soul with the all-pervasive god. You will be able to see him in everything and everywhere.
