Ramgopal chooses square plan.

The square plan covers more area by 200 cm².

Step-by-step explanation:

The radius of the circular plot r = 50 cm

The area of the circular plot

=\pi r^2

=3.14\times 50\times 50

=7850 cm²

For rectangular plan, area of the rectangle

=80\times 60 cm²

=4800 cm²

For square plot, the diagonal of the square will be equal to the diameter of the circle

Thus, diagonal d = 100 cm

Therefore, the side of the square

=\frac{d}{\sqrt{2}}

=\frac{100}{\sqrt{2}}

=50\sqrt{2} cm

Therefore, the area of the square

=50\sqrt{2}\times 50\sqrt{2}

=5000 cm²

Since area of the square plan is more

Therefore, the square plan covers the maximum area of the land

Therefore, Ramgopal chooses square plan

The square plan covers 5000 - 4800 = 200 cm² more area.
