ram has 20 pencils and anil has 15 pencil. anil gives 6 pencils to shyam and takes 3 pencil from ram.how many do ram and anil have now?

$15 - 6 = 9$
now he has 9
now ram has 20+6= 26

but he gives 3 to anil

i.e
26-3 = 23 (ram has)

anil has 9+3 = 12
