Present age of Ram = x + 10

Five years back,
Age of Kanti = x - 5
Age of Ram = (x + 10) - 5 = x + 5

According to question,
x+5 = 2(x - 5)
x + 5 = 2x - 10

Present age of Kanti = x = 15 yrs
Present age of Ram = x + 10 = 25 yrs
