Ram is facing North-West. He moves 900 in clockwise direction and 1350 in the anti-clockwise

Explanation:

The current position of Ram is North-West.

He's turning 90° clockwise further followed by 135° anticlockwise direction.

Now, the Net turn will come as = 135° - 90° = 45 °

Hence, Ram is 45° anticlockwise from the original position.

So, 45° of North-West anticlockwise is WEST.
