The organism is bread mould fungi. Sorry, i don't know the mode of nutrition.

The answer is Bread mold fungus, Rhizopus stolonifer.
It is widely distributed and a thread-like mucoralean mold. It derives its food and nutrients from the bread and renders it inedible and unfit for consumption. It is a heterotrophic organism & obtains nutrients by absorption. It is parasitic in nature and establishes colony on its host causing it to rot. It secretes digestive juices containing enzymes, directly on the food.
