Ram Kumar mixes cement with sand for some repairs work to be carried out in his house. He used 23/5 kgs of cement and 1/2 kg more of sand than cement. In all he needs 10 kg of mixture. Does he have enough mixture? If yes, how much more does he have, if no, how much more does he need?​
