20%(w/w)

∴ 20 grams solute in 100 grams of solution

∴ Let 25 grams of solute in x grams of solution

25
20

=
x
100

∴ x=
20
100×25

=125 grams

∴ 25 grams of solute in 125 gram of solution

25%(w/v)

∴ 25 grams of solute in 100 ml of solution.

∴ 125 grams of solution has volume =100 ml

∴ density=
