Given ;

Total milk purchased = 5 litres

Quantity of milk used in morning

= 3L 5 ml

Quantity of milk used in evening

= 1L 85 ml

 \bf \blue{Milk  \: left =} \rm\pink{ Total\:  milk \: purchased \: - ( Quantity\:  of \: milk \: used\: in \:evening\: + Quantity\: of\: milk \:used\: in\: morning )}

⟹ 5 litres - ( 3L 5 ml + 1L 85 ml )

⟹ 5 litres - 4 L 90 ml

⟹ 910 ml OR 0.91 L

Decimal form means in ( point )

For changing ml into L we will divide it by 1000.

So,

Ram has 910 ml or 0.91 L of milk left with him.

Answer:

ram has 0.91 litre of milk left with him .

explanation:

number of litres = 5

number of litres used in morning = 3 litre 5 milliliters .

number of litres used in evening = 1 litre 85 milliliters .

1 liter = 1000 milliliters

so, 5 milliliters = 5/1000

=0.005 liters

85 milliliters = 85/1000

=0.085 liters

total milk used = 3.005 + 1.085= 4.090

milk left = 5 - 4.090 = 0.91 liters ( 910 milliliters)
