ram says deficiency of production of vasopressin and insulin leads to similar disease ie diabetes. do you agree with him why?

yes . insulin controlls the sugar level and convert sugar in glucose . if it is not screted properly of pancreas it causes diabetes

Yes, they both cause diabetes, but the two diabetes are totally different and unrelated to each other.

Vasopressin is also known as anti diuretic hormone and it's deficiency causes diabetes insipidus.

The hormone is formed in hypothalamus and this disorder is related to kidney. It effects body by not retaining water in body.

Insulin is also a hormone and is secreted by pancreas. It's function is to signal the cells to uptake glucose from blood.

The diabetes due to insulin is called diabetes mellitus.
