Ram scored more marks here as
out of 100 Ram's marks is 52 whereas
out of 100,Sam's marks is 46 hence the explanation
(52 as to make the marks out of 100,multiply the marks by 4 and do the same for 13 but multiply it by 2) hope u get me..

Marks scored by Ram = 13/25
Marks scored by Sam = 23/50
To make the denominator equal , lets find the LCM of 25 and 50
25 = 5 x 5
50 = 5 x 2 x 5
LCM = 5 x 5 x 2 = 50
LCM = 50
13/25 becomes => 26/50
26/50 is greater than 23 /50
Hence , Ram scored more marks
Marks scored by Ram = 13/25
Marks scored by Sam = 23/50
