Let the time taken by Shyam be x

Speed of Shyam =30/x

Speed of Ram = 30/x+3

New speed of Ram = 60/x+3 (2×30/x+3)

Time taken by Ram = 30/60/x+3

= x+3/2

x+3/2 = x +11/2hr

x +3 = 2x+11

x = 9hr

Speed of Shyam = 30/9

= 10/3

Speed of Ram = 30/9+3

= 30/12

=5/2
