Then he took a 10cm long nichrome wire and tied it between the two nails. Then he
made an electric circuit by connecting two nails to the two terminals of the cell
through a switch by using copper wires. When the electric current is passed through
this circuit he found that the Nichrome wire has become hot but the copper wires
are negligibly hot. Give reason.
