Let the number of days on which school was open be x. The total number of days when Ram went to school = 219

His Absence = 25%

Then,

• => 25% ÷ x = 219
• => (25/100) ÷ x = 219
• => x = (219 ÷ 100) / 25
• => x = 219÷100/25
• => x = 292 days

∴the number of days on which school was open are 292.
