Rama who has been working in an international airlines for past 8 years recently been blessed with a baby girl. She joined the airlines back after 3 months of paid leave. While getting inducted back the airline comes to know that she has put on 24 pounds more than what actually is required for onboard services. As per airline’s policy she can’t continue with her job till the time she weighs less than the limit prescribed by the airlines. Rama approaches her manager to request to continue the job assuring that she will put off the weight in three months. On the basis of the given situation answer the following questions.

Assuming that due to post natal complications she won’t be able to put off the weight ever what the manager do after 3months.

no need to fire her just keep her in work and if she not losse weight in 3 months give it 2 months more if then also she not do her weght lose by seeing airline income and libality if airline is in profit then cut her half salary and hire her then give her 1 month time if see ot do it then too fire her
