Cost of the plot= 135000 rupees

Boundaries cost= 25500 rupees

Therefore money he has left after constructing the boundary wall=

135000-25500

= 109500 rupees

Selling price of plot= 190500

190500> 109500 Hence there is a gain

The gain = 190500- 109500= 81000

Hence there is a gain of 81000 rupees
