The answers about flour are as follows -

Total bought flour is 10.25 kilograms, Raman bought 2.75 kilograms more flour than Radha.

Given - Flour bought by Raman and Radha

Find - Total fluor bought, who bought more flour and by how much

Solution - Total quantity of fluor bought can be calculated by performing addition.

Firstly converting fluor bought by Raman in improper fraction -

Flour bought by Raman = (6×2+1)÷2

Flour bought by Raman = 13/2

Total flour bought by both persons =

 \frac{13}{2}  +  \frac{15}{4}

Taking LCM, we get 4

Total flour bought by both persons =

 \frac{13 \times 2 + 15}{4}

Total flour bought by both persons =

 \frac{26 + 15}{4}

Total flour bought by both persons = 41/4 kilograms

Total flour bought by both persons = 10.25 kilograms

Flour bought by Raman = 6.5 kilograms

Flour bought by Radha = 3.75 kilograms

Since the amount of flour bought by Raman is more, thus, he bought more flour.

To find how much more flour was bought by Raman, we will perform subtraction

Difference = 6.5 - 3.75

Difference = 2.75 kilograms

Hence, total bought flour is 10.25 kilograms, Raman bought 2.75 kilograms more flour than Radha.
