Raman bought a refrigerator for 12000 ruppes

cost price=12000 ruppes

he made a loss on refrigerator

therefore,Cost price>selling price

loss=20%

therefore,

loss=cost price×20/100

‌ =12000×20/100 ruppes

=2400 ruppes.

selling price=cost price- loss

=12000-2400 ruppes

=9600 ruppes .

Answer:

₹9,600 money did he get.

Step-by-step explanation:

Cost of refrigerator = ₹12,000

loss = 20%

total loss = ?

loss = 20 × 12,000

___

100

= 20 × 120

loss = ₹2,400

So,

total loss = cost of refrigerator - loss

= 12,000 - 2,400

= ₹9,600
