Raman had 30 flowers. He offered some in temple and found that the ratio of the number of remaining flowers to that flowers in the beginning is 2:5. Find the number of flowers offered by him in the temple.

Heya friend,

Let the remaining flowers 2x and flowers at beginning be 5x.

According to question,

5x = 30

=> x = 30/5

=> x = 6

Remaining flowers = 2 × 6 = 12

Flowers offered in temple = 30 - 12

= 18 flowers

Thanks
