Let Raman's cousin's age be 19 + x

Ages after 5 years

Raju's age = x + 5

His cousin's age = 19 + x + 5 = 24 + x

Ratio of their ages = 2 : 3

Thus we get, $\dfrac{x \: + \: 5}{24 \: + \: x}$ = $\dfrac{2}{3}$

3(x + 5) = 2(24 + x)

3x + 15 = 48 + 2x

3x - 2x = 48 - 15

x = 33



Raman's age => x => 33 years

Raman's cousin's age => x + 19 => 33 + 19 => 52 years
