Money he saves per month = 1/3 *16500= 5500
total money he saves in 5 months = 5500*5= 27500
In the next 7 months he saves 16500*(1/4) per month = 4125
Total he saves in 7 months= 4125*7= 28875
Total money he saves in a year = 28875+27500= 56375
Total money he makes in a year = 16500*12= 198000
total he spends = 198000-56375= 141625.
