Step-by-step explanation:

NO. OF BANANAS = 2 DOZENS {24}

Cost of 24 bananas = RS.72

Cost of 1 Banana = 72 ÷ 24 = Rs. 3

FINDING S.P VALUE

Out 24 bananas 8 were spoiled = 16 bananas

Loss incurred = RS.8

Loss = C.P - S.P

8 = 72 - S.P

S.P = 72 - 8

= 64..

SO THEREFORE Selling PRICE OF 16 BANANAS = Rs. 64

S.P OF 1 BANANA = 64 ÷ 16 =4

1 bannana = 4 Rs.
