According to the question we know that CP of books brought by Ramesh is 300

And, SP of books brought by Ramesh is 360

we know that formula

Profit = selling price - cost price

Now, putting the above values

profit = 360 - 300 => 60

Now, profit present =
\frac{60 \times 100}{300}

= 20%

Then,

CP of books brought by Krishna is 500

And SP of books brought by Krishna is 590

we know that profit = SP - CP

so, profit = 500 - 590 = 90

profit present = \frac{90\times100}{300}

= 18%

Reasons - we know that profit of Ramesh is 20% and profit of Krishna is 18%

\underline{so,\:Ramesh\:made\:more\:profit}

varsha971: thank you so much
Swarnimkumar22: Ur welcome
