Rate of interest = 10%

interest for the first year = PRT/100

20,000×10×1/100= 2000

Amount after first year = 20,000+2000 = 22,000

for second year principal = 22,000

Rate= 10%

T = 1 year

then interest of second part

22,000×10×1/100= 22,000 Ans.
