Ramesh: profit. Ramesh had a profit of 10% after buying the plot from Mukesh as Ramesh sold it for 10% profit and bought for Mukesh's 10% loss. Which means, he basically paid the initial CP of the land as he bought it at the seller's 10% loss while he sold it to the seller at 10% profit.
