First we will know the original rate of bananas
2$ is original rate of per banana
So there are total 120 bananas = 120*2=240$
But If he sales 60% bananas at $2.50
So,60% of 120=72
He sold 72 bananas at $72*2.50=180$
Remaining 40% he sold it for$2= 40% of 120=48bananas
So cost of remaining 48 bananas
48*2=96$
So If he sells bananas at 2$=240
If he sells 60% bananas at $2.50=276$
So his profit is 36$ ,then profit percentage=
36/240×100=15%
So his profit percentage is 15%
