Yes , I agree with the statement because :-
➡Na(Sodium) has atomic Number 11.But Na+ has atomic number (11-1) = 10.
➡ So, In the K - Shell there will be required 2 electrons and in the L - shell there will be required 8 electrons.
and therefore, 'Na+' has completely filled K and L Shells.
