Answer:

by the mirror Formula

 \frac{1}{f}  =  \frac{1 \: }{u}  +  \frac{1}{v}  \\  \frac{1}{ - 20}  =  \frac{1}{ - 30}  +  \frac{1}{v}  \\  \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{1}{ - 20}   +  \frac{1}{30}

 \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{ - 3+ 2}{60}  \\  \frac{1}{v}  =  \frac{1}{ - 60}  \\ v = -  60 \\  - mean \: that \: the \: image \\ is \: real \:

in Raju case he is standing in front of a plane mirror show the image size and the object size will be the same so

image size= object size

30 =30

it is positive so we can understand that the image is virtual in nature

the distance between ramesh and the image of of Ramesh is 60-30= 30 m

distance between Raju and he is image is 30+30= 60 m

I have called sir sir said that in the question it mean that we have to find the distance of the object and the image
