Ramphal,a farmer has been growing wheat crops for last 7 to 8 seasons . However from last few years he is observing about 10 to 15% reduction in his crop yield. On the other hand his friend , Satish is not facing this problem . On asking Satish , he got to know that he can improve his crop yield by alternating wheat crop with a fodder crop “Z “ for next 2 seasons .
i. Which wrong practice was followed by Ramphal ?
ii. Which practice helped Satish in better yield?
iii. Name the fodder crop Z that Satish advised Ramphal to grow.

1]RAMPHAL WAS ADDING TOO MUCH OF FERTILISERS SO IT  INFECTED THE SOIL AND PLANTS BOTH DUE TO THE SOIL BECOMING TOO ACIDIC OR BASIC.

2]SATISH WAS USING FRESHLY PREPARED MANURE WHICH PROPER GROWTH WILL TAKE PLACE IN PLANTS AND THERE WILL BE MORE GROWTH OF GOOD MICRO-ORGANISM WHICH CAN HELP PLANTS SO HE GOT BETTER YIELD

3] WHEAT,PADDY etc

hope this may help you
