nail in it. Meera prepared a yellowish-green solution of ferrous sulphate in beaker B and
placed a copper wire in it. What changes will they observe in the two beakers after an hour?

In beaker A, Iron will displace copper(because it is a more reactive element) and will form ferrous sulphate.This is called Displacement reaction.

In beaker B, no change will be observed as copper wire is less reactive then iron and will not displace it from the compound
