Let Ronit's present age be x years. Then, father's present age =(x + 3x) years = 4x years.

(4x + 8) = 5 (x + 8)

8x + 16 = 5x + 40

3x = 24

x = 8.

Hence, required ratio = (4x + 16) = 48 = 2.

★Ramu's mother's present age = x+26 years

After 3 years,

★Ramu Age = x+3 years

★Ramu Mother Age = (x+26)+3 years

According to question:-

Product of their ages = 360

(x+3)(x+29)=360

x²+29x+3x+87=360

x²+32x-273=0

x²+(39x-7x)-273=0

x(x+39)-7(x+39)=0

(x+39)(x-7)=0

So,

x=7 or x=-39

Since age can't be -ve.

Therefore,x=7

Hence, Ramu's present Age = 7 years.
