Solution:

A number is said to be rational if it can be represented in the form of \frac{x}{y} where , y\neq 0.

Take two rational numbers 4 and 5 ,and \frac{2}{3} and \frac{4}{3}

Closure property of Subtraction of rational numbers: If a and b are two rational numbers then Closure property says

a -b = Should be a Rational number

→4-5= -1 is a rational number

Similarly,→→→ \frac{2}{3} - \frac{4}{3}=\frac{-2}{3} is also a rational number.

Hence rational number satisfies closure property.

Yes, Ramya is right.
