Let the number she thought of be 'x'

Now, she halved it and added two so it became x/2 +2

Next, she divided the sum and got 5. so the final equation is

(\frac{x}{2} +2)/3= 5

(x +4)/6=5

x+4=30

x=26

The number she thought of was 26
