Ranales is an order. It is also called Ranunculus. The Ranales were an obsolete taxon of the Dicotyledons with the order of the Ranunculus or Ranunculaceae.

The Ranunculaceae are included directly to the Thamaliflorae as an order within the subclass.

They are the paraphyletic and very much consider a very much primitive group with the key position of angiosperm phylogeny.

So that’s why the Ranales is an order within all the options.
