Option 3 is correct answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

Ranga can paint the house T_{1}= 3 days

Statement - A  Billa can paint the house in 4 days working alone.

So Time taken by both to complete the work by working together =

T =  \frac{T_{1} T_{2}}{T_{1} + T_{2}}

Put the values of T_{1} & T_{2} in above equation

T = \frac{12}{7} days

Thus statement A alone is sufficient to answer the question.

Therefore option 3 is correct answer.
