Answer:

Cost of all the chocolates = ₹1200

Step-by-step explanation:

First of all, we have to find the number of chocolates. Then their cost...

Number   of chocolates = \frac{Area of whole desk}{Area of one chocolate bar}   [ Remember : 1 m = 100 cm ]

Area of whole desk = lb

                                  = 100 cm × 30 cm

                                  = 3000 cm²

Area of one chocolate = lb

                                       = 10 cm × 5 cm

                                       = 50 cm²

Therefore, no: of chocolates = \frac{3000 cm }{50 cm}

                                                 = 60 chocolates

Cost of 1 chocolate =  ₹20.

Therefore, Cost of 60 chocolates = Cost of 1 chocolate × No: of

                                                             chocolates.

                                                          = ₹20 ×   60

                                                          = ₹1200
