Ranjan age is one fifth of his father age after 6 years his age will be one third of his father age how old are they now

Ranjan is of 6 years and Ranjan's father is of 30 years now..

at initial,consider ranjan's father as X and ultimately ranjan's age will be 1/6X. then after 6years ranjan's father age will be (X+6) and ranjan's age will become1/3(X+6). then equating( X/5)+6 with (X/3)+2 we will get the value of X that is the age of ranjan's father
