15 % of price before VAT
=> 15/100 * 100
=> 15

Price after VAT = 100 + 15
=> ₹ 115

Now if price with VAT is 115 then price without VAT is 100
if price with VAT is 1 then price without VAT is 100/115
if price with VAT is 24150 then price without VAT is 100/115 * 24150
=> ₹ 21000
