\large{\boxed{\bold{Answer:}}}

Total packets - 250

Cost of 1 packet = 8rs

Cost of 250 packets = 250×8 = 2000

70\% \: of \: 250 = \frac{70}{100} \times 250 = 175

S.P of 175 packets = 175×11

= 1925rs

Remaining packets = 75

S.P of remaining packets = 75×9 = 675rs

Total S. P = 1925+ 675 = 2600rs

Profit = 2600 - 2000 = 600rs

 = \frac{600}{2000} \times 100 = 30\%

Hence, the profit is 30%
