Let Akhilesh's salary be Rs.100
Then Ranjan's salary=10 % of Akhilesh's salary
=(100 x 10)/100
=Rs.10

Vimal's salary is 20% of Ranjan's salary
=(10 x 20)/100
=Rs.2

Vimal's Donation is 30% of his salary
=(2 x 30)/100
=3/5
=0.60 paise

Now, Ranjan and Vimal donated equal amount of their salaries

so Ranjan also donated 0.60 paise

so converting it in percentage
= (100 x 0.60)/10
=6%

Therefore Rajan donated 6% of his salary.
