First of all the Men and women should treated equally instead of comparing them.
The rape cases are increasing because the mentality of Men in our country is truly unacceptable. you may find rape cases mainly in rural and urban areas.
the causes are as follows-
1. in urban areas if a women is working a night duty. then you may find some cases of a women got raped because of some 2 to 3 drunk males. the men should stop drinking on road.
2. in urban and rural area 80 to 90% females are been raped by their own family members. the parents of child daughter should must pay attention on their family members too.
3. The men have the mentality of judging women on their clothes. and that's should be stop first of all. ( because women also have the right to leav e, in a freedom).
