this is rightly said that justice delayed is justice denied . today a lot of cases are pending because of this late system also this is too expensive too be in the of common man to do such long proceedings and so at the end he fails to proceed the case more and can't get justice for this lok adalats have been set up on the idea of justice p.n bhagwati which reduces the cost and also provide speedy justice. although compromises are supposed to be done here but still it's a better option .its also known as people court .

Answer:

Explanation:

Justice can be defined as the punishment or penalty that is imposed upon any person who commits a crime by breaking the rule of conduct or law and harms other person.

It is necessary that the person who is guilty of committing a crime and harming another person is punished as soon as his guilt is proved in the court of law.

This will provide immediate redress to the victim who was harmed in the crime.

Also, this serves as a warning for other people so that they abstain themselves from committing similar crimes.

If the delivery of justice gets delayed, then the chances of occurrence of similar crimes in future get increased and also the victim fails to get any redress.

Hence, this situation becomes similar the situation that would have arisen if justice was denied.
