sir,I am frequent reader of your newspaper. I am the resident of vidyanagar. we ate facing many problems due to the rash driving Rash driving cause fatal accidents but the offenders go spot free.they leave victims bleeding and disapeear from the scene

.partially there is no panalty for receless driving.

so,sir please try to edit our problems,and suggesting the government to start a new rule on receless driving and start fining.
