I am the citizen of Jaipur in Rajasthan . today a fatal accident takes place near the Gandhi Road . the driver of car was driving very careless and an accident happens with him which was so much dangerous to his life . he was having many cuts and wounds on his body and he was bleeding . but the offenders near him go scot free leaving the victim bleeding. they all disappear from the scene . we know that there is no penalty for reckless driving . I want you to publish this situation in your famous newspaper so that maximum people can have this information and this type of accidents can be prevented .
