100(5x)+ 50(3x)+ 20(2x)= 1,38,000

500x+ 150x+ 40x= 1,38,000

690x= 1,38,000

X= 1,38,000/690

X= 200

⇒ 5x= 5× 200= 1000

3x= 3× 200= 600

2x= 2× 200= 400

So, acc to the equation:

Rs 100 notes= 1000

Rs 50 notes= 600

Rs 20 notes= 400

VERIFY:

100(1000)+ 50(600)+20(400)= 138000

100000+ 30000+ 8000= 138000

130000+ 8000= 138000

138000= 138000
