Answer:Light is generally not a limiting factor for plants except for the plants present in deep sea( phytoplanktons ) and for small plants of a dense forest.
NOW for a region of low light intensity with increasing light intensity the rate of photosynthesis increases but only upto a certain level
if you increase light intensity further no further increase in photosynthesis rate occur
but at very high light intensity photo oxidation of photosynthetic pigments may occur
