In the dosrivental leaf we notice that more transpiration occurs from the lower surface of the leaf.

This happens because the lower surface of the leaf is known to have more stomata hence the absorption of water is more and also the transmission process increases as a result.

Since the speed of the process increases we also find that the quantity of the process has increased.
