Solution -

 =  \frac{1}{3 +  \sqrt{2} }

 =  \frac{3 -  \sqrt{2} }{(3 +  \sqrt{2)} (3 -  \sqrt{2)} }

 =  \frac{3 -  \sqrt{2} }{ {3}^{2}  -  { \sqrt{2} }^{2} }

 =  \frac{3 -  \sqrt{2} }{9 - 2}

 =  \frac{3 -  \sqrt{2} }{7}
