Given,
  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: \frac{2\pi \: rh}{2\pi \: r(r +h )} =  \frac{1}{2} \\  =  > \frac{h}{r + h} =  \frac{1}{2} \\  =  > 2h = r + h \\  =  > 2h - h = r \\  =  > h = r
Therefore,
 \frac{h}{r} =  \frac{1}{1}
=>h:r = 1:1.
